TERMS & FEES 

1. Ads are written and placed by the private practice ophthalmic office. (payable in advance)
A. Employment ads,1 job opening per ad, $100.00, 100 words, posted 30 days.
B. Practice for Sale ads, $100.00, 100 words, posted 180 days.
C. Classified ads, $25.oo, 50 words posted for 60 days.
D. Corporate Retail Optical Job ads are paid as per contract.
2. Ads are posted on the web site within 24 hours of receipt of payment
3. It is the responsibility of the office to read their own ad and notify OpticalEmployment.com of any corrections. (1 correction per ad)
4.OpticalEmploymnet.com takes no responsibility for errors.
5. When the job position is filled, the ad must be canceled, in writing, by fax or e-mail, on office letterhead.
6. Any persons seeking information regarding ads listed on the job board must contact the person named in that ad directly, by phone, fax or e-mail.
7. All ads will be removed from web site unless office has resubmitted their request to rerun ad and payment has been received.
8.OpticalEmployment.com is not an employment agency, sales person or realtor, and accepts no obligations for the acts conducted by the posting offices.  
9.OpticalEmployment.com reserves the right to edit any ad and refuse service to anyone.
10.OpticalEmployment.com will give no refunds.
11. Personal information submitted by an advertising office will not be sold or shared. It is for the personal use of OpticalEmployment.com only.
12. Credit card information is processed by VeriSign and information is not stored in OpticalEmployment.com
